Inspired by the Pichu skirt of my friend ~NikoThePanda you can see on the left, I made myself an Eevee skirt.
Our skirts are hand painted with fabric colours^^
The story of the title:
I wanted to buy an Eevee plushie to go with my skirt. NikoThePanda had searched for a Pichu for like three years and had stopped looking for it. At the big Anime and Manga Convention Animagic in Bonn we looked for an Eevee and what did we found? A Pichu! But no Eevee >_<'
